Physician (Obstetrics and Gynecology)

Obstetrics and Gynecology Position at William Beaumont Army Medical Center

This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology, Fort Bliss, TX.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing obstetrics services, including both medical and surgical management, for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of prenatal and postnatal care.
• Providing gynecology diagnosis and treatment, including both medical and surgical management, to evaluate a wide range of female pelvic conditions or issues.
• Providing examination, diagnosis, and treatment of the full range of OB/GYN patients, from pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Performing advanced examination and treatment of patients referred for consultation.
• Evaluating both functional and dysfunctional problems related to the female pelvis, including masses, pain, urological complaints, bleeding abnormalities, hormonal dysfunction, and infections.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

Basic requirement for physician (obstetrics and gynecology): degree, licensure, and graduate training.

In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: residency training in the specialty of the position to be filled (obstetrics and gynecology) and equivalent experience and training equal to at least 4 years.
