Type of job order: BSN, RN Case Manager Start date: 6/7/26 Required skills: recent 3 yrs. experience with DCP Number of weeks: 13 weeks, most likely to extend Shift/hours: ideally work 4/10's (7am-5pm or 8am-6pm) with every other Sunday, 2 weekends a month; will have some flexibility if consultant needs - 5/8's (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) plus 2 weekends a month Expected hours: 40 hours per week License/credentials req: RN, BSN, and must have NY license in hand 05/07/2026
