Job Responsibilities Oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set a strong example and enforce all company policies and procedures. Manage staffing, scheduling, paperwork, food management, and store profitability. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and marketing activities. Ensure excellent customer service and punctuality. Qualifications Operate all store equipment efficiently. Stock ingredients, prepare products, and process telephone orders. Maintain inventory records and complete related paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Receive orientation and training on the job. Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and telephone. Proficiency with basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and handling monetary change. Motor coordination and ability to use computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; meet strict quality control standards. Physical Demands & Work Conditions Standing, walking, and occasional climbing on stairs or ladders. Lifting up to 50 pounds; carrying up to 30 pounds of pizza sauce and other supplies. Exposure to varying temperature ranges (36‑90°F), food odors, and potential hazards such as hot surfaces and sharp edges.
