Sales Consultant As a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in our retail stores and create the ultimate in‑store experience using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills. What You Will Be Doing Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate, being yourself when connecting and having fun doing it. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, with a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours thereafter, and are entitled to minimum state‑required paid sick leave when applicable. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods, including November through December. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense and will also involve various online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
