Development Assistant

Our client, a Non-Profit Organization in NYC is looking for a Development Assistant to assist with processing donations and administrative tasks. This role requires experience using Raiser's Edge or Salesforce and will compensate between $23-28/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and compose acknowledgement letters.
• Maintain donor management database: Raiser's Edge
• Create monthly fundraising reports
• Maintain guest lists and support for fund-raising events
• Handle administrative tasks for leadership team

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree plus equivalent progressively responsible work experience is required. A minimum of three to five years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a not-for-profit development office. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and Google Apps. Familiarity with Raiser's Edge
