Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design objectives Develop concept sketches drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications Conduct site visits to gather information for design development Work closely with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations Provide support during the construction process to ensure designs are accurately implemented Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month Location: This position is located in Atlanta While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds this job is specifically open to Indian nationals Working Hours: This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided for this position Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements in place Passport Requirements: Candidates must have a valid biometric passport in order to be eligible for this position #J-18808-Ljbffr BrightHire
