- Clinician - Multi Systemic Therapy (MST)USD 28.34 - 36.08 Hourly|MST in 175 College St, Battle Creek, MI 49037-3432, United StatesFull Time* Provide intensive, home-, school-, and community-based therapy to youth with serious behavioral and emotional challenges and their families.* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, needs, risk factors, and systemic influences affecting the youth.* Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using the MST model.* Collaborate with caregivers to build parenting skills, improve family functioning, and promote long-term behavior change.* Coordinate care with schools, probation officers, medical providers, child welfare agencies, and other community partners.* Deliver crisis intervention services and maintain 24/7 on-call availability as required by the MST program.* Utilize cognitive behavioral, behavioral, family systems, and other evidence-based interventions consistent with MST principles.* Monitor treatment progress using measurable outcomes and adjust interventions based on ongoing assessment.* Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with agency, state, and MST quality assurance standards.* Participate in weekly clinical supervision, consultation, and MST team meetings to ensure treatment fidelity.* Complete safety assessments and develop crisis and safety plans when clinically indicated.* Empower caregivers to independently manage future behavioral concerns and sustain treatment gains following discharge.* Maintain productivity expectations while managing a flexible schedule that includes evenings.* Establish and maintain professional, ethical, and culturally responsive relationships with youth, families, and community stakeholders.* Comply with all agency policies, confidentiality requirements (HIPAA), and state licensing regulations.* One year of experience in a behavioral health care setting utilizing evidence-based practices with youth.* Meets eligibility as a Child Mental Health Professional as defined by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services provider qualifications.* Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.* Active driver's license.* Must support a trauma informed culture of safety to aid customers in their recovery process.* One (1) year of computer experience - Word, Excel and electronic medical record software preferredBased on the job description, briefly explain how your education and experience qualifies you for this position. is required.### EducationRich Text Editor, xApplicant-In\_addition\_to\_current\_or\_most\_recent\_employer\_\_please\_list\_all\_previous\_employers\_in\_the\_past\_10\_years\_\_Please\_list\_newest\_Editor toolbarsFontSizeFormatPress ALT 0 for help|In addition to current or most recent employer, please list all previous employers in the past 10 years.
