Scrum Master

Role Summary Facilitate Agile delivery for integration and API programs by enabling Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, removing impediments and driving continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles, practices, and mindset adoption. Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners. Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments. Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics. Support planning and execution of integration/API delivery initiatives. Facilitate coordination across cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA, architects, and stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations. Required Qualifications 8‑12 years overall experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master. Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks. Experience in sprint planning, backlog management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance. Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools. Knowledge of risk and dependency management. Ability to track and report metrics such as velocity and burn‑down charts. Compensation Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
