Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a skilled and motivated Transportation Engineer 3 to serve as a Team Leader in Burlington, WA. Reporting to the Assistant/Project Engineer, this position plays a key role in delivering the design phases of multiple transportation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and successful project outcomes. The Team Leader provides direct supervision, leadership, and mentorship to a team of up to eight Engineers and Technicians while keeping management informed of project progress, risks, and accomplishments.
