ICT Business Development Sales Account Executive

Business Development Representative Location: Ontario, CA | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Salary: $70,000-$110,000 per year We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative to generate new business across SLED, healthcare, municipal, and hospitality markets in Southern California. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Provide accurate sales forecasts and support strategic growth planning. Requirements Proven new business development/hunting experience in technology, security, AV, or related industries. Strong understanding of enterprise sales and complex organizations. Experience selling to public sector, healthcare, municipal, or hospitality customers preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Willingness to travel locally to client sites and industry events.
