F&M Trust is looking for a customer-focused banking professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Services Representative at our Philadelphia Avenue Community Office in Chambersburg.

As a Senior Financial Services Representative, you will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding service during every interaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Open, maintain, and service consumer deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service technology.
• Identify opportunities to discuss products and services that align with customer needs and financial goals.
• Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Help strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship-building and personalized service.

The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and confident engaging customers in financial conversations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, retail sales, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
