Technology Technical Project Manager
Job Description:

The Technology Technical Project Manager will lead and oversee the successful delivery of technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and budgets. This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and proficiency in project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:

Lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in project management.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical reports.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Technical Responsibilities:

Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Oversee Azure Cloud development projects, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Lead application development projects using Python or .NET technologies.
Support data delivery initiatives by gathering requirements from business partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience with Power BI, Azure Cloud development, and application development using Python or .NET.
Prior experience supporting data delivery and requirements gathering.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to manage complex technical challenges and make informed decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with data analytics, cloud architecture, and modern application development frameworks.
