ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Branch Manager with Bank of America. My career has always centered around helping people, and agency ownership gave me the opportunity to build a business focused on helping customers protect the people and things that matter most.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We stay involved with local schools, adopt families during the holidays, donate Thanksgiving meals, and support veterans and other community initiatives throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Joe Pham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
