Our Elevate Advance program is an immersive training initiative tailored specifically for new and developing agents.

This program transcends basic videos or theoretical knowledge; it is crafted by active agents who are dedicated to helping you apply what you learn in real-world scenarios.

Through Elevate Advance, you will master how to:

1. Build your pipeline and secure your first clients
2. Conduct buyer consultations with confidence
3. Understand contracts beyond just filling in blanks
4. Price homes and analyze comparable properties
5. Navigate inspections, negotiations, and due diligence
6. Handle real-world scenarios that arise in transactions

You will also gain access to:

The initial portion of the program can also count towards your post-license education requirements.

While Elevate Advance is mandatory for agents with fewer than five transactions, it is designed to meet you at your current level, whether you are brand new or seeking to build more confidence.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
