Senior Manager, Operational Strategy

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Operational Strategy will evaluate enablement programs' effectiveness and their impact on field productivity while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on productivity and behavior change Partner with cross-functional leaders to define success metrics linked to business outcomes and targeted behaviors Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, translating insights into actionable recommendations Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or enablement within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment Proven ability to design and implement measurement frameworks that connect programs to business outcomes Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and executive-level communication Experience working cross-functionally with sales, enablement, and operations teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
