Shift Manager

Overview We’re hiring for a Shift Manager to join our team! The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Duties include receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures, preparing product for merchandising, breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, building displays, greeting guests, and assisting them with product location. This role also provides guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation during their shift. Responsibilities Lead the store in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Receive merchandise, ensuring compliance with company policies. Prepare products for merchandising, break down deliveries, and stock shelves. Build displays with packaged products. Greet guests and assist them with finding items. Guide and direct team members during the shift.
