This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced providers in a fast-paced clinical environment, supporting both patient care and administrative workflows.The ideal candidate is proactive, patient-focused, and comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities with operational support. Recent graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply, though experienced Medical Assistants are highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare patients for appointments by collecting medical histories, updating records, and obtaining vital signsEscort patients through the clinical process while ensuring a positive and professional experienceAssist providers during examinations, procedures, and specialty treatmentsCoordinate follow-up care, communicate test results, and respond to patient inquiries as directedSupport clinical documentation and maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record systemAssist with prescription-related requests, specialty medication paperwork, and treatment-related documentationPerform phlebotomy and specimen collection duties when neededMonitor exam room readiness and maintain supplies needed for daily operationsSupport administrative tasks including provider messaging, chart preparation, and patient follow-up activitiesFloat between clinic locations and providers as needed to support patient volume and operational demandsRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferredExperience in a specialty practice environment strongly preferredDermatology or aesthetics experience is highly desirableFamiliarity with electronic medical records; ModMed/EMA experience is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the dayExcellent communication and patient-service skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and eager to learnAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical settingCertification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) is preferred but not requiredBilingual skills are a plusAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
