CTSS Therapist

Location 817 Main Street North, Cambridge, MN 55008 Working Model Onsite Employee Type 1.0 FTE Full-time or 0.5 FTE Part-time About the Role As a CTSS In Home Therapist you will work in our Children's Therapeutic Support Services program, providing community-based rehabilitative services to children/adolescents and/or their families. Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals. Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs. Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff and obtain continuing education units. Requirements Meet the Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04, including holding a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields Meet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06 and be a graduate of an accredited program preparing for independent licensure as a mental health professional Meet the Mental Health Professional requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.02 Be licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota Additional Requirements Desire to work with children and families in their homes, including walking, stairs, crouching, stooping, sitting on floors, and standing for periods of time. Ability to work independently; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30‑mile radius around primary clinic location. Proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR). If interested in working with children/adolescents and families, must be able to commit to late afternoon/early evening schedule. Compensation $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule, and/or location. Employment Status Employees in these positions are W2.
