A little more about our center: Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility, providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up). Casual Fridays, Ugly Christmas sweater contest, tee-shirt slogan contests… It’s a happy place to work. Job Description This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Residents do NOT require skilled care; therefore your CNA job is a little different here: Residents are more independent LOVE patient interaction and one-on-one time? This is a slower paced center, so you get to know your patients. This environment has less lifting and less physical demands on your body. You will have the chance to assist and attend activity outings with residents. You may help residents with things like choosing clothing or setting appointments. Overall, you will provide compassionate care monitoring to this unique population.
