Our unique approach combines advanced Exerbotics™ technology, certified coaching, and personalized programs. We serve a wide range of clients, including those who have never felt successful with fitness before. We have also pioneered Strength + that includes not just strength but specific modalities focused on Stretch, Balance and Cognitive Health. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and caring Exercise Coach / Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength training and wellness programs using our proprietary equipment and coaching system. No previous fitness experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a passion for helping others, and a great attitude. Additional opportunities are also available to specialize in Coach‑assisted Stretching. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1‑on‑1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics™ equipment Deliver coach‑assisted stretch sessions Conduct initial assessments and consultations Monitor form, safety, and individual client progress Educate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy living Track and review results through our high‑tech system Build long‑term relationships with clients Follow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal process Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio Log data and client communication accurately in CRM What We Offer No certification or degree required – we will pay for your Exercise, Stretch Coach, and Nutrition Playbook certifications Stable, hourly pay – earn for every hour you’re scheduled (not just personal training sessions) Paid increase following the completion of the paid training and certifications (3‑4 weeks) Growth opportunities with pay increases for top performers Flexible part‑time or full‑time scheduling Complimentary membership – train on the same high‑tech equipment our clients love Our fast hiring process means you could be coaching in no time! Qualifications High energy, positive attitude, and love for working with people Excellent communication and listening skills Willingness to learn and adapt CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding) Authorized to work in the United States Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour The Exercise Coach® is a professional and distraction‑free health facility!
