Adult Services Manager

Full-Time Position

Duties

Oversee the Adult and Community based services of URS.  Provide direct supervision, guidance and/or monitoring to Program Specialists/Case Managers, Nursing Coordinator and Activity Specialist.  Structure work situations and establish work methods for clients and staff.  Facilitate intake, outcome, discharge and ISP process for department.  Maintain positive relationships with referral sources and community partners to enhance and expand community integration services.

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field preferred.  Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation or closely related field with 2-4 years experience in Vocational Rehabilitation or Community Based Employment and Supervision/Management experience is required.  Outstanding oral, written, electronic and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Must maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license and be in compliance with Agency insurance carrier requirements and must meet all requirements necessary to provide transportation according to the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.  CPR and First Aid training preferred.
