Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 2 years 3-5 year of Level I or large Level II experience (450+ beds) REQUIRED Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed)

BLS(Copy needed) On Call: Evenings, Holidays, and Weekends SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history
