Paid Time Off (PTO) Starting at 16 Days/Year Medical with federal minimum deductibles Dental and vision coverage Retirement planning and employer contribution Position Summary: Unison Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide health assessments, medication education, and direct client care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role will also coordinate Spravato® treatments, including patient scheduling, monitoring, and follow-up care. Join a team dedicated to providing quality mental health, addiction treatment, and primary care services throughout Northwest Ohio. Key Responsibilities and Role Highlights: Maintains organization of Med Room. Reviews schedules and ensures that charts and medications are set-up for each physician daily. Provides emergency first aid to clients. Acts as liaison between physician and other caregivers. Obtains health assessment for new clients. Education & Experience Requirements: Requires associate degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one-year clinical experience in a hospital setting is required. Previous psychiatric experience is preferred. This position requires current RN license from the State of Ohio. Certification as a psychiatric nurse is preferred. Must demonstrate comfort in interacting with individuals with mental illness. Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals.
