We offer a wide range of surgical services as well as specialty programs including Cardiac CTA, Digital Mammography, and Trauma Services. How You’ll Contribute Reviews patient history and physician’s orders. Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams to ensure patient’s understanding and cooperation. Prepares equipment and supplies. Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and reports equipment malfunctions as necessary. Positions patient and performs imaging procedures. Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patients and repeating procedures. Professional Development: Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What We’re Looking For Education: Associate’s degree preferred; graduate of a program in Radiological Technology. Licensure/Certifications: Current license, American Associate of Radiologic Technologists. BLS required by completion of hospital orientation.
