Respiratory Therapist Contract Opportunity

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Active licensure meeting state requirements
• Proficiency with respiratory care modalities including mechanical ventilation, airway management, and diagnostic procedures
• Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
• Ability to collaborate well within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians
• Assess patient respiratory status and response to interventions, modifying care as needed
• Administer aerosolized medications, perform chest physiotherapy, and manage oxygen delivery devices
• Monitor and document patient progress, including ventilator settings and diagnostic test results
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care and home therapies
• Maintain compliance with best practices, facility protocols, and regulatory standards
• Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring respiratory intervention

$2,116 - $2,230/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
