Wound Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Norwich, CT Monday-Friday Wound Care Hyperbaric Medicine Outpatient-BasedA Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine program in Norwich, Connecticut is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced wound care and support hyperbaric oxygen therapy services.Opportunity Highlights:

• Wound Care APP role
• Provide comprehensive wound diagnosis, evaluation, and assessment
• Manage assigned wound care patients and coordinate care with nursing, nutrition, medication management, dressings, and adjunctive wound therapies
• Support hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments
• Order and interpret appropriate labs, imaging studies, and related diagnostic testing
• Complete progress notes, chart review, data tracking, and required medical documentation
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Training in Hyperbaric Therapy will be provided

Candidate Requirements:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Connecticut APRN or PA license, or eligibility
• Certification or eligibility as a Physician Assistant or nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner
• Wound care certification or wound care experience preferred
• Hyperbaric Therapy experience preferred, but training will be provided
• ACLS certification or ability to maintain ACLS preferred
• Strong documentation, care coordination, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
