What You'll Do

• Lead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install, replace, and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and customers to deliver successful projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment while ensuring all work complies with industry standards and company expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
