Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist to become a part of our expanding women's health team. The selected physician will deliver thorough gynecological care, which encompasses preventive services, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological issues, office-based procedures, and surgical interventions when necessary. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing empathetic, evidence-based care while collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive gynecological care to patients across all age groups.

• Conduct annual well-woman exams and preventive screenings.

• Diagnose and manage gynecological disorders and conditions.

• Perform office-based procedures such as colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, and IUD insertion/removal, along with other minor interventions.

• Execute gynecological surgeries as deemed appropriate.

• Analyze laboratory, pathology, and imaging results, and communicate findings to patients.

• Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to guarantee coordinated patient care.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

• Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and overall women's health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Possession of an active medical license in New York State or the ability to obtain one.

• DEA registration.

• Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication abilities.

• Dedication to delivering outstanding patient care.
