Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support the inspection of electronic assemblies and PCB products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with quality control, electronics manufacturing, or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, incoming, and final inspections on electronic assemblies and PCB products

• Identify defects and verify products meet quality standards and customer specifications

• Conduct visual inspections using microscopes, magnifiers, and AOI equipment

• Review work instructions, drawings, and quality documentation

• Complete inspection records and enter data into MES systems

• Partner with manufacturing teams to address quality concerns

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications

• 6+ months of quality inspection, manufacturing, or production experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures

Preferred Experience

• Electronics or PCB manufacturing

• SMT and AOI inspection

• First Article Inspection (FAI)

• IPC-A-610 Certification

• Experience with microscopes and measurement tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $33.41/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
