Regional Marketing Specialist

Denver, CO | Law Firm Marketing | 5+ Years Experience

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 50 firm seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Specialist to support its Denver office and drive strategic marketing, business development, and community engagement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a law firm marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with attorneys, firm leadership, clients, and community partners.

The Role

Develop and execute the Denver office marketing and business development strategy in partnership with firm leadership.
Manage the local marketing budget and identify opportunities that support firm growth.
Monitor market trends, emerging industries, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
Build strategic community relationships and strengthen the firm's local presence.
Coordinate PR, rankings, awards, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and community partnerships .
Plan and execute client-facing events, including logistics, invitations, follow-up, lead tracking, and ROI analysis.
Partner with attorneys to identify business development opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Support attorney onboarding, including headshots, introductions, networking, and individualized marketing plans.
Maintain CRM and marketing data to support relationship management and pipeline reporting.
Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT , to streamline marketing workflows, develop content, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with firmwide marketing, events, PR, and attorney committees on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of law firm marketing experience.
Experience developing marketing strategies and managing budgets.
Strong understanding of business development, PR, events, and community engagement.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Self-starter with a collaborative, resourceful, and service-oriented approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 , including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

$100,000–$120,000 annual salary
