Scooters Coffee is hiring candidates for Manager in Training/Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team while following all franchise regulations (leadership). Staff and stock a store efficiently, meet deadlines and operate within payroll and inventory budgets (administrative). Maintain a clean, organized work environment inside and outside the store (organizational). Build sales and develop loyal customer relationships by delivering outstanding products and service in a fast, friendly, efficient manner (customer service).
