Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans in educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to accurately collect and report data
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide behavior support services
• Deliver session activities as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes consistently
• Support the creation and modification of behavior intervention plans under supervision
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to reinforce positive behaviors
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development as needed
