Assistant Manager

Description Richmark Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager with daily operations and resident relations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful management of the property while maintaining a strong customer service focus and upholding compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Support the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks and property operations Maintain exceptional customer service and professional communication with residents and vendors Identify opportunities for property and operational improvements and communicate observations to the Property Manager Perform various on-site duties as assigned, including tasks requiring a valid driver’s license Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local laws and ordinances Assist with leasing efforts, rent collection, and resident notices as needed Help track and coordinate apartment renovations and turn processesUse property management software (experience with ResMan is a plus) Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability required Leasing, renewal and delinquency bonuses Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Richmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the apartment leasing industry; Assistant Manager experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Strong multitasking abilities and attention to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to retain and relay information clearly and accurately Experience with apartment renovations is a plus Knowledge of ResMan property management software is a plus Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation English required; Spanish bilingual preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Richmark Properties Inc
