Caregiver Position

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as caregivers in Ferndale, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
• Report any changes in clients' condition to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
