Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Neuro ICU RN Neuro/Stroke ICU

Shift: 12-hour nights, 18:4507:15

Contract Length: 13+ weeks

Minimum 2 years Neuro ICU experience required

Traveler experience required

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Experience with ventilator management, EVD and lumbar drain care, ICP monitoring, and post-neurosurgery care

EMR: EPIC

Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Neuro ICU

Monitor and manage patients with neuro critical care needs, including stroke and post-surgical care

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

COVID-19 vaccine: Not required

Flu vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)

Pre-start: Candidate must complete required lab/testing within 48 hours of signing

Orientation: 24 hours (2 shifts: 2 days or 2 nights)

Scrubs: Navy blue & white
