Residential Counselor: Growth, Care & Community Impact

EasterSeals of New Jersey is seeking a Residential Counselor to support group home residents in achieving daily living goals through individualized care. The role includes educating consumers on health plans, conducting monthly audits, and providing transportation as needed. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills and a valid driver's license are essential for the role.
