HF Foods Group Delivery DriverHF Foods Group, Inc., headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, is a leading distributor of international foodservice solutions to Asian restaurants and other businesses across the United States. With 15 distribution centers strategically located throughout the nation, HF Foods Group aims to supply the increasing demand for Asian American restaurant cuisine.Primary Functions:The delivery driver is responsible for driving the company vehicle to safely deliver goods to restaurants on a daily basis. You will be receiving the base pay plus the site-specific commissions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and trucksDelivering food to customers on designated routesUnload products and place items in customer storage area.Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers or managersOffload the items from the truck and review deliveries with recipients to ensure they're accurateObtaining delivery confirmations from customers by having them to sign the invoiceCleaning and servicing van or truck for the next deliveryAny other duties as assigned by the managementSkills and Qualifications:A good history of DMV/MVR recordPossess a valid driver's license appropriate for the class of vehicleCurrently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card requiredWillingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation lawsStrong time management and customer service skillsAttention to detailAble to use forklift or pallet jack to move the pallets and/or productsSuccessfully pass background check including criminal history and drug screeningPhysical Requirements:Successfully pass DOT physical examSuccessfully passing the Human Performance Evaluation on Lift, Lift-Carry, Push-Pull, Climb, and Repetitive Posture.The employee must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focusWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit.Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms.
