Support Inside Sales Representatives with customer service and sales activities. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing requests, and bids. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Review customer requirements and assist in identifying appropriate products and solutions. Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and sales activity within company systems. Monitor back orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and the sales team. Assist with vendor communications and product sourcing requests. Support account management activities and customer relationship development. Handle administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and sales support projects. Maintain a strong understanding of electrical products, services, and company programs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate\u2019s degree preferred. 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or electrical distribution experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of electrical products and industry terminology preferred.
