Structural Steel Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee large-scale structural steel projects from award through completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both structural steel fabrication and erection, along with a proven history of successfully managing projects ranging from 2,500–5,000+ tons.ResponsibilitiesManage structural steel projects from contract award through completionCoordinate fabrication, detailing, erection, and field operationsWork closely with customers, engineers, detailers, fabricators, and erection crewsReview drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirementsDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsMonitor project progress, costs, materials, and manpowerManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationMaintain strong communication with customers and project stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project issues to keep work on schedule and within budgetEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirementsQualifications5+ years of experience managing structural steel projectsStrong background in both structural steel fabrication and erectionProven experience leading large-scale projects, typically 2,500–5,000+ tonsAbility to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and specificationsStrong understanding of fabrication and erection processesExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsStrong opportunity for career growth and advancementStrong benefits (Health/Dental/Vision)Discretionary bonus opportunitiesStrong 401(k) matchCompetitive PTO planLong-term opportunity with an established companySend resume to View email address on click.appcast.io for more information
