Support Specialist

*Description*
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner
* Support software applications, including KINDL system
* Handle incident and service requests using ticketing system
* Support users with login, password resets, and access issues
* Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common applications
* Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
* Good problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* 2+ years of IT Support experience
* Experience with Active Directory and enterprise systems

This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, Kentucky.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
