What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism and build lasting relationships
- Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document service needs
- Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations in an easy-to-understand way
- Assist with preliminary diagnostics through customer interviews, inspections, or road tests
- Prepare detailed repair orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Provide transparent cost estimates and obtain customer approval for additional work
- Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Maintain complete and accurate service records
