BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Sports Coaches to lead fun and engaging Soccer and Basketball programs for elementary-aged students in Woodbridge, VA .

Position Details
- Part-time, after-school position
- Monday through Friday
- Afternoon after-school hours
- 1.5-hour sessions
- $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
- No weekends
- No lesson planning required
- Curriculum and equipment provided
- In-person position in Woodbridge
Sports Offered
Coaches may lead one or both of the following programs:
- Soccer
- Basketball
Experience in both sports is a plus, but you only need to be qualified and comfortable coaching one.

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging soccer or basketball sessions for elementary students
- Teach age-appropriate fundamentals and skills
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior
- Follow BBA#39;s structured curriculum and activities
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
- Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
- Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
Qualifications
- Soccer or basketball playing/coaching experience is preferred but not required
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
- Reliable transportation to schools throughout Woodbridge
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Must successfully complete the required Prince William County Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
