Memory Care CNA/CHHA

Role: Memory Care CNA/CHHA responsible for providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents living with dementia in a senior community. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to promote dignity and independence. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions. Support with meals and hydration to ensure nutritional needs are met. Engage residents in meaningful, therapeutic activities to enhance emotional well-being. Collaborate with nurses, families, and team members to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience in senior or memory care preferred.
