Compliance Coordinator

Oakland University is hiring a Compliance Coordinator to assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance in managing athletic rules and NCAA compliance for the university's intercollegiate athletics. The role requires coordinating compliance activities in line with NCAA, conference, and university policies and guidelines. Highlights Assist with coordination of NCAA compliance and athletic rules enforcement. Support the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance reporting to the General Counsel. Perform duties consistent with NCAA, conference, and Oakland University regulations. Use NCAA compliance software (ARMS) and Ellucian Banner systems. Requires proficiency with computer skills and effective communication. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferably in Sports Management or related field) and previous NCAA athletics compliance experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with intercollegiate athletics compliance, former student-athlete background, and athletics administration experience. Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Annual salary is $45,000 with comprehensive university benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and tuition assistance.
