Complex Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Role Overview

Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Complex Civil Litigation team in our Pensacola/ Mobile office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience , with a background in General Liability and Insurance Defense . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their practice while working alongside an experienced team on complex civil litigation matters.

Requirements

* 3+ years of litigation experience * Experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense preferred * Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to effectively manage cases, deadlines, and client expectations * Active member of the Florida Bar and/or Alabama Bar in good standing
