Job Overview Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Licensing High school diploma or GED. Must be licensed to drive the type of vehicle assigned. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications • Ability to lift 50 lbs.; maneuver packages over 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance. • Good human‑relations and verbal communication skills. • Neat appearance required for customer contact. • Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations. • Requires a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations (non‑covered safety‑sensitive position). • Ability to work in a state of alertness and safely. • Must be at least 21 years old. • Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic officials, and respond to official inquiries in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance. Pay Transparency Pay: $21.05‑$31.26 per hour. Schedule and Working Hours Mon‑Sat; day off TBD. 8:30 am‑6:30 pm.
