Pediatric Imaging Radiologist $75,000 Sign-on Bonus Practice Overview Diversified Radiology is a dynamic, physician-led group with over 75 radiologists, founded in 1927 and partnered with Lumexa Imaging. Our practice provides sub-specialized radiology services to hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, tertiary care centers, specialty practices, and urgent care centers across 18 states, with continued growth. Position Summary Schedule: Daytime Only Location: Denver, Colorado $75,000 Sign-on Bonus Diversified Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Imaging Radiologist to join our daytime segment team. Responsibilities include expertise in reading CT, MRI, ultrasound, and x-ray imaging of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. Expertise in reading PET/CT, cardiac CT and cardiac MR is desired, although not required. Workflow PACS System: All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer, which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform, and its instant messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs, radiologists, and our 24/7 in-house radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions. Dictation Software: We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation. Worklist Management: Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or auto-launched, with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency. AI: AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage, cervical spine fractures, pulmonary embolism, incidental PE. Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff. Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow. Compensation Package / Benefits Salary: $475k (including $400k base + $75k sign-on bonus + $20k retention bonus year 2) with partnership opportunities offering $500k-$650k+, depending on productivity. Moving Allowance: $15,000 if applicable Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2+ years of experience; 2 years for less-experienced candidates. Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners Fellowship Stipend: $1,000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology. Vacation: Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available.
