Role Description

The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, focused on generating new business and growing customer relationships for Indy Grills.

Responsibilities include

- Spearheading trade shows, golf outings, farmers markets, festivals, and town/neighborhood events

- Building relationships with realtors, designers, hotels, apartment complexes, and custom home builders

- Hosting events for the community and prospective clients at our showroom

- Visiting homes and spaces of clients to help them design a space right for them

- Working with our design team to create 3D renderings

- Creating quotes and helping cleints make the best decisions right for them

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales to manage pipelines, conduct outreach, and close new business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to research prospects, create targeted contact lists, and develop outreach strategies.

Compensation

Base + Commission: Expected year one earnings approximately $120,000
