Ausbildung Kfz-Mechatroniker für Karosserietechnik (m/w/d)
Als Kfz-Mechatroniker für Karosserietechnik reparierst du Fahrzeuge nach einem Unfall und setzt Karosserien instand. Dabei ist handwerkliches Können und Fachwissen gefragt.
Werkstoffe und Materialien wie Stahl, Aluminium und Kunststoffe kommen zum Einsatz: Du klebst, schweißt, nietest oder lötest diese. Aber auch IT-Kenntnisse werden für das Bordnetz und seine elektrisch/elektronischen Komponenten oder die Antriebs- und Fahrwerkstechnik, gebraucht. De- und Montagearbeiten sowie Mess- und Prüfarbeiten mit modernen Diagnosegeräten spielen auch eine wichtige Rolle. Um nach einem Unfall an beschädigte Karosseriebleche oder deformierte Karosseriebauteile heranzukommen, musst du die elektronischen Systeme außer Betrieb nehmen und die elektrischen Bauteile demontieren. Erst danach kannst du die beschädigten Teile reparieren oder austauschen. Für diese Arbeiten ist seit dem 1. August 2013 der Kfz-Mechatroniker für Karosserietechnik zuständig.
Was erwartet mich?
Du lernst an der Seite von unserem Lehrausbilder und erfahrenen Gesellen den Beruf von der Pieke auf. Wir führen Dich Schritt für Schritt durch die Ausbildung und helfen Dir dabei, in diesen 3,5 Jahren alles zu lernen, was Du brauchst um als KFZ-Mechatroniker durchzustarten. Du lernst Fahrzeuge auf Herz und Nieren zu prüfen, Fehler zu diagnostizieren und fachgerechte Reperaturen selbstständig durchzuführen.
Was muss ich können?
Als handwerklich Begabter und technisch interessierter Schüler triffst Du mit diesem Beruf eine sehr gute und zukunftssichere Wahl. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Dir in der Schule Fächer wie Technik, Mathe, Physik und IT nicht so schwer gefallen sind. Das Wichtigste ist aber, dass Du echtes Interesse an Autos und Technik mitbringst und bereit bist Gas zu geben und jeden Tag dazu zu lernen.
Du beschäftigst dich in der Ausbildung mit Blechbearbeitung, Karosseriearbeiten und Karosseriebau, Korrosionsschutz, Wartung und Reparatur von Kraftfahrzeugen. Dabei lernst du unter anderem:
- Planen und Vorbereiten von Arbeitsabläufen
- Instandsetzen von Karosserien, Fahrzeugrahmen, Aufbauten und Fahrgestellen
- Schadensumfang beurteilen, Fehler, Mängel und deren Ursachen feststellen
- Aus- und Umrüsten mit Zubehör und Zusatzeinrichtungen
- Warten, Prüfen und Einstellen von Fahrzeugen und Systemen
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden
