About the team: The TAXI team leads Walmart’s Tax Transformation and Modernization initiative and supports Walmart Claims, leveraging advanced data science and engineering. The team builds scalable platforms to improve tax determination, exemptions, analytics, and governance while enabling accurate and efficient tax operations enterprise-wide. For Claims, the team applies data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics to identify patterns, automate processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional partners, TAXI delivers reliable, sustainable solutions aligned with Walmart’s business and technology goals.
